This man was caught trying to steal a car around 10.25am today March
20th in front of Lozumba commercial complex area 10, Garki, Abuja,
behind the popular UTC complex. The plaza security said he acted like he
was answering a call while using a master key to unlock the car. They
chased and caught him and beat him up. Police from UTC came and took him
away.
