The duo of Ebenezer Odunlami and Prince Aggrey of the Sunshine Stars FC
(Akure) are facing a 1-match ban and N50k fine each for violating the
league’s code of conduct in the match again Dolphins FC on Sunday in the
Ondo capital city of Akure. Odunlami and Aggrey stripped to their
underpants to celebrate one of the team’s goals scored during the game.
The decision to query the soccer players was taken by the League
Management Company.The match ended 2-1 with Sunshine Stars FC taking the
lead over Dolphins FC.
