A video clip which emerged online few hours ago and has already gone viral, shows a 43-year-old man stomping the head of a 7-year-old boy because he thought the child hurt his son and made him cry.
The suspect identified as Amnat Salubthong, was captured on camera running down the stairs and charging at the 7-year-old victim, who was playing with his 6-year-old son.
He reportedly kicked the child many times before taking his son back upstairs to his apartment on Panya-Ramintra Road in the Khlong Sam Wa district. After security footage from a housing complex in northeastern of Bangkok, Thailand went viral, the suspect, was finally arrested on Wednesday.

Maj. Saowaluck Suwanmanee of Khanna Yao police said,"Amnat came to the police station yesterday and admitted he assaulted the kid." After turning himself in, Amnat told police he ran down from his fifth floor room to where the children were playing because he heard his son crying. He admitted to brutalizing the child because he could not control his rage.
