A man pictured lying lifeless on the road with blood dripping from his head is very much okay. His girlfriend was brought to the scene. She thought he was gone, grabbing him, crying, shaking him to wake up. While she was still crying, he rises from the floor, stretched his hand for a ring and asked her to be his wife.
