It is no longer news that Elders of the Arewa Nation has condemned the statement issued as declaration by Arewa youths, yet Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) has issued a counter statement by declaring to protect their hegemony and found to match the threat with fire for fire, arms of arms.

Response To The Unholy Threat Against Biafra Nation by Arewa Hegemony
Fellow Biafrans and lovers of freedom,
It’s no longer news that remnant of Indigenous people of Biafra have been killed without any provocation since 1945 – 2017 by the uncircumcised Hausa/Fulani from the northern part of Nigeria, with the help of the murderous British government.
Having endured all that has been melted against our people and the continuous plundering of our God-given resources and leaving our land undeveloped in the name of “One Nigeria”; we have been so calm and peaceful, hoping that times will change, yet it seems a mirage.
On 06/June, 2017, the ever unproductive Arewa Nation, with terrorist institutions in disguise called Arewa Youth development Foundation (AYDF), Arewa Students Forum, Northern Emancipation Network and sixteen other groups issued an unholy press release they titled “Kaduna Declaration”. Proclaiming the following;
1). That Hausa/Fulani are no longer interested in the unholy wedlock of Nigeria, which means they want to pull out and will no longer co-habit in the contraption called Nigeria as put by a British general, Fredrick Luggard.
2). That Hausa/Fulani call on international agencies and the United Nations to expediently dissolve the contraption called Nigeria.
3). That Hausa/Fulani will exert force to claim all landed properties and businesses owned by Biafra people within their geographical space as compensation for having lived in their land as prelude to final separation.
4). That Hausa/Fulani with effect from 6th June, 2017. Issued a quit notice to all Biafrans living within the northern Nigeria to vacant their land on or before 1st October, 2017 in a supposedly “One Nigeria” state. That failure to adhere to the quit notice order, Arewa Terrorist will be mandated to forcefully maim, kill and destroy any Biafran seen within the northern region of the contraption called Nigeria.
Having heard their threat and proclamations, we the indigenous people of Biafra want to put the world on notice again that their proclamation number 1 & 2 is acceptable by the Biafra Nation, given the fact that all geo-political nations that summed up Nigeria are not happy with the unholy union called Nigeria and we want absolute separation of the entity and restore our God-given nation called “Republic of Biafra”.
More also, we want the world to reminisce that during year 1966, similar threats and proclamation was issued by the Hausa/Fulani of northern Nigeria against our people and eventually carried out pogrom which took over 44,000 lives of the Biafra people, and further degenerated into Nigeria-Biafra civil war, a genocide which claimed lives of over 3.5 million citizens of ours. We hereby produce a chronology of killings of Biafra people by this same blood thirsty Hausa/Fulani terrorist hegemony; never again shall we accept the constant annihilation of our people just like the Killings of
1). Jos Massacre – 1945, 2001, 2008 & 2010 respectively
2). Kano State pogrom --- 1953, 1980, 1991 & 1994 respectively
3). All over Northern Nigeria Region Pogrom ---- 1966
4). Nigeria-Biafra genocidal civil war ----- 1967 – 1970
5). Maiduguri Killings ----1982 & 2001 respectively
6). Jimeta Killings --------- 1984
7). Gombe Killings ------- 1985
8). Zaria state Killings ------ 1987
9). Kafanchan Kaduna killings ----- 1991, 2000, 2001, 2002 & 2017 respectively
10). Funtua Killings ----- 1993
11). Mubi fatal killings ------ 2012
13). Asaba killings – 2016
14). Enugu state Killings – 2016 & 2017 and so many killings ongoing both in the open and secret against the blessed children of God, Biafra.
Our Proclamation:
We the Indigenous people of Biafra, led by the Directorate of States Council (DoS) do hereby declare that never again, that any Biafran life be lost or killed like chicken by the Arewa terrorist hegemony.
So therefore, we call on every Biafran citizen living within the northern region of Nigeria to as a matter of urgency begin to take stock and records of assets owned in the north and relocate to motherland, for it’s only the living that acquires wealth.
Most importantly, we want to caution all State Governors of Biafra extraction to stop the altitude of negligence and be alive to their responsibilities by providing security for our people within and outside Biafraland; failure to heed to this clarion call will amount to taking laws into our hands, for our people must be defended.
We want to remind Hausa/Fulani that no Biafran assets by way of Landed properties and businesses within the northern region of Nigeria will be forgotten or allowed to be stolen by them in disguise as compensation; we shall fight to reclaim them all.
We reiterate again that we support their call for the absolute dissolution of Nigeria, using the principles of self determination rights as enshrined in the United Nations charter of 2007, to conduct UN mandated referendum on all component regions of Nigeria today.
We warn and declare very strongly today being 10th June, 2017. That should Hausa/Fulani attempt to cause another pogrom against the Biafra people, we shall resist it by igniting the fire that will forcefully consume the whole contraption called Nigeria.
We vow in the strongest of terms to match them with fire for fire, Arm for Arms and life for Lives by defending ourselves and heritage.
On this note, we call on international communities and United Nations to give a date to conduct referendum for Biafra without delay, to avoid the already dark cloud not to rain as it has determined to.
We say Never again to the constant killings of the Biafran people and destruction of Biafra Assets.
Long live the Indigenous People of Biafra!
Long live the Republic of Biafra!!!
